My 15 year old son has AS, high functioning.

A few weeks ago we had the first IEP meeting for this coming year. because last year didn't go so well I asked for additional resources for him. The first was a copy of each teacher's lesion plan for the next week - you would have though I was asking God for gold. We agree that weekly the teachers would send me an e-mail of what's to come for the week. Only one teacher out of three have complied with this request so far.

My second earth shattering request was for an aid "if" his grade average falls below a "C."

We wrapped up the meeting - oh yeah, the on line IEP system was down. So the next Monday they sent home the completed IEP with my son for me to sign .... no mention of an aid or half the other things we requested. Needless to say, I did not sign it. Three weeks later and we finally go back tomorrow for a second IEP meeting with someone from from the school board office.

I need support....what can I say when they again refuse the request for an aid if his grade average falls below a C? What are my options here?

Thanks,
M
